Hiring the hall is simple. Check the calendar for availability, then send your booking request using the form below - one of our volunteers will confirm the date with you.
Fill in the booking request below with your details, the dates and times you'd like, and the type of hire you need. One of our volunteers will check availability, confirm the booking, and hold the date for you. There's no online payment to set up - an invoice is issued after your hire.
Functions to be finished by 12.30am and the hall vacated by 1.00am. Maximum 200 people. All fees benefit the charity of Newton-in-Bowland Village Hall; an invoice is issued after hiring (cheque payable to "Newton Village Hall", or BACS).
