DANCE

Newton Village Hall will be hosting a dance to the music of organist John Bowdler on Friday 9th October 2015, commencing 7.45pm

Tickets for the dance, to include supper cost £10 per person.

VILLAGE CLEAN UP

The Parish Council are arranging a village clean up on Saturday 17th October 2015 commencing 10am.

If anyone wants to be involved they are asked to meet at the village hall bringing along any tools ie spades, brushes etc that will be of use.

New event for Newton-in-Bowland Village Hall starting Tuesday 8th September 2015 from 10.30am – 12.30pm and then every 2nd Tuesday in the month.

ROAD CLOSURES

Bull Lane is to be closed from Wednesday 17th June until Friday 19th June between the hours of 7.30am to 5pm to enable resurfacing work

Fell Road is to be closed on 10th, 13th and 14th July 2015 for resurfacing.  The road should be open when work is not taking place.

These works will take place depending on the weather and are subject to change.

Diversions will be in place

 

SAFARI SUPPER

Newtons 2015 walking safari supper will be held on Saturday 27th June

Tickets cost £20 per person.

Event commences at Newton-in-Bowland Village Hall.

TREASURE HUNT

Newton-in-Bowland Village Hall will be hosting its annual walking treasure hunt on Friday 19th June 2015 from 6.30pm onwards.

Following the treasure hunt a BBQ will be served and there will be a tombola and licensed bar in the village hall

Entry is £2 per child, £3 per adult and  a family ticket costs £10.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.
