DUCK RACE

Thanks go to everyone that helped on bank holiday Monday with the Duck Race at Newton.   The weather was kind for us and the showers thankfully didn’t appear.

There was a good turnout at the hall for refreshments after the race, where the winners were announced.

Thanks especially go to Bill and Susan Pinder for yet again allowing us to use the field.

The first 3 prizes were one by

1^st prize   £100  Cath Broadley

2^nd Prize   £50    Hodson – Rock House

3^rd Prize   £25  – The Boswell Family
