May events

Our next social evening will be on Friday 2nd May and for this month we will be holding a quiz. Our quizmaster will be Steve Fullerton, this will be his first time at Newton Village Hall so please come along and support him. Our doors will open at 7pm and the quiz will start at 8pm, with a box of chocolates going to the winners, but if you aren’t really into quizzes don’t let that put you off, you are still more than welcome to come along for the usual drink and natter.

Don’t forget our duck race will be on Monday 5^th May, at 2pm tickets are still available so please get in touch to reserve them, if not we will be on the field from 1.30pm on the day, so please don’t miss out. We would be grateful for donations of any prizes and cakes, please let us know if you would like to give something.

Lastly we will have a bacon butty morning on Sunday 18^th May 9.30am – 1pm.  Why not come along for a tasty sandwich, slice of cake and a brew.
