ANNUAL FUNDRAISING DINNER

Newton-in-Bowland village Hall are hosting a fundraising dinner on Saturday 21st February.
The 3 course meal is to be prepared and served by the The Hark to Bounty at 8pm, and this will be followed by music performed by male musical duo ‘JUST’.
The proceeds from the raffle are to be donated to Rosemere Cancer Foundation and any raffle proceeds or donations will be gratefully received.

OVER 60’S PARTY

The annual over 60’s party, free for all residents aged 60 or above from Newton, Slaidburn and Dunsop Bridge, will be held on Saturday 13th December 2014 in Newton-in-Bowland Village Hall. Doors open at 12 o clock with lunch being served at 12.30pm.
All eligible residents will receive an invitation, however if you do not please contact Mary Beaittie
Entertainment will be provided by Slaidburn Silver Band.

Friends of Thorneyholme School are holding a New Years Eve party from 7pm on 31st December 2014 in Newton-in-Bowland Village Hall. This is a ticket only function with reserved tables. Ticket price includes hot supper (served at 8pm) and entertainment.

Slaidburn Silver Band will be playing in the garden behind the village hall on Sunday 31st August 2014 commencing 2pm.
Everyone is welcome to bring a picnic and drinks can be purchased from the licensed bar.
